Ringing in the New Year with More Progress

As 2016 wraps up and we ponder the events of the year, we continue to express our gratitude for all of our friends, both in business partnerships and personally.

This week, as we expand the Grouse Malt House production and renovate our warehouse, we had the pleasure of working with several lads from Winter Park. Will’s longtime friends joined us in Wellington to clean, expand, and set the stage for Operation Starling. Thank you guys.

We’ll keep you posted on our progress; Operation Starling will bring a new steep tank & GKV, increased production and capacity, as well as an improved packaging system. We’re doing all of this with joy and in order to bring more gluten-free craft malt into breweries across the country and beyond.

We are grateful for all of the heart & spirit that supported us in 2016. We look forward to a prosperous 2017. Auld Lang Syne!
