Craft Brewer’s Conference 2014

Next week, brewing professionals from North American and around the world will be gathering in Denver, Colo. for the annual Craft Brewing Conference and BrewExpo America, the largest tradeshow in the U.S. for the brewing industry.

This event is jam packed with symposiums, brewery tours, and opportunities for members of the brewing and brew pub industries to interact with each other, discover new equipment and ingredient suppliers, and learn about topics from branding to craft malt. And, yes, Grouse Malting and Roasting will be there!

On Thursday, April 10th the North American Craft Malting Guild in conjunction with New Belgium Brewery ?will be hosting a craft malt sensory workshop. This workshop consists of malt analysis and sensory comparison of five beers, all brewed using one standard recipe, each brewed with pale malt from a different North American craft malthouse. We are happy to announce one of these beers is a gluten-free brew made with Grouse Malting and Roasting millet malt! This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to present our artisan malts to avid beer devotees. This workshop gives us the opportunity enjoy the benefits and taste flavor profiles of craft malt, share a bit about Grouse malting products,? and the ease of brewing a truly gluten-free brew on a commercial system.

Will we see you there?

Zum Wohl!
