Happy New Year!
2016 is shaping up to be an adventurous year for Grouse Malting & Roasting. Production is in full swing, and from advancing our technical approaches to expanding our product line we’re pleased to announce that our portfolio is evolving nicely.
This is the year, in fact this is the month, that we will begin to offer full technical specification analyses on every one of our malted products. Diastatic power, color, extract potential, protein, moisture will all be clearly examined by our friends in the Center for Craft Food and Beverage at Hartwich College. While staying true to our designated gluten-free roots we are continuing to rejuvenate our position on the cutting edge of craft malt through increased quality assurance practices and new & improved equipment.
At Grouse, we hold the belief that with small batch production comes huge opportunities for increased involvement, customization, and flavor.
